1. Booking and Payment
- Upon booking confirmation, the full rental amount is paid by credit card via secure online payment.
- Booking confirmation and rental contract are sent to the provided email address.
- Consumption is settled after the stay based on meter readings.
- Floor washing is mandatory and settled after the stay.
2. Cancellation
- In case of cancellation, the amount is not refunded unless the property is re-rented to another party.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
3. Cleaning and Check-out
- The property must be thoroughly cleaned upon departure, unless final cleaning has been purchased.
- Waste must be sorted and left in the designated containers.
- The key must be returned upon departure.
4. Consumption
- Electricity, heating, and water are settled at current rates.
- Meter readings are taken by the landlord upon arrival and departure.
5. Liability and Damages
- The tenant is responsible for any damage to the building, furnishings, and equipment.
- Any damages must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
